First, we go through the basics, where this university is established, and what is particular about it.
BYU-Idaho
Brigham Young University - Idaho, also known by its acronym (BYU – Idaho or BYU – I) Is a private university that is located in Rexburg, Idaho, United States. This university was founded in 1888 by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Since that memorable date, it has grown, which is why it's considered one of the best universities at a low cost but best of all because you have guarantees and results from the first time you are getting a certificate to find a well-paid job doing what you like.

The next thing you should know is that if you want to study here, it is necessary that you have a knowledge of basic English and I say it basic referring to the fact that you should at least know how to make a presentation of yourself in this language. Although it is not enough, you should try hard to learn the beautiful English language a lot.
Another point is that there are several ways that you can follow to enter this university. I am going to give you an easy way, although it requires work, effort, dedication to the maximum because if you do not have any of this, it will be better you do not follow me reading.
Pathway Worldwide Program
Okay, now that you are still here, one way to get into BYU - Idaho is through the Pathway Worldwide Program. Have you ever heard of the "Pathway Worldwide Program"? Maybe yes, and perhaps not, but I will summarize it that simply below.
BYU-Pathway Worldwide is an innovative course. Through it, you can obtain a university degree with a spiritual base exclusively online at a price accessible to any pocket, for example; in Ecuador, the cost per credit is approximately $75. Tuition rates shown are for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Other non-member students pay 25 percent more. In other words, Pathway becomes an online "pre-university". It lasts one year and is divided into 3 terms or "semesters" but so that you are not confused at BYU-I one semester means 14 weeks. Each semester you learn different topics such as life skills, English, algebra, and personal finance.

However, every week you must attend a meeting called "gatherings" it is mandatory to attend because if you do not attend, a percentage of your final grade will decrease, and we do not want you to obtain low grades. Course assignments are assigned to you at the beginning of each week, with due dates until midweek and weekend. I encourage you to follow a schedule to complete your tasks on time but more than that, love this process.
If you want to get a full scholarship at BYU-Idaho then you can work towards earning a final grade of A each semester. If maybe you got an A- and two A's you can still apply, but you will not receive 100% of the tuition scholarship but only 50% or 25%.
Something really important is that anyone can apply to Pathway Worldwide whether they are an active or inactive member or a researcher as long as they comply or live according to the CES (Church Educational System) Honor Code. However, if you want to apply directly to BYU-Idaho on campus or online, an essential requirement is that you are a member and live according to the rules or the honor code. But don't get me wrong, I met many people in my study process at Pathway Connect Program who were not members, and during the course, they learned a lot about the church and decided to get baptized. This is a special course. I testify to it! Other essential requirements are daily access to a computer with high-speed Internet.

As I had mentioned before, English is mandatory. The "English test" is basic so, anyone can pass it, but when attending meetings you will always speak in English.
